Our children's choir, St. Mark's Choristers, is divided into two groups: kindergarten and first grade, and second through sixth grades. They are under the direction of Jacqueline Dwight, our Choristers Director. During the school year, they rehearse every Wednesday afternoon. They sing on the first Sunday of each month in Church at 10:15 a.m., once a month in Day School Chapel, and also at major Church holidays.

The Choristers sing at Family service settings, such as the Blessing of the Animals on a Sunday in early October. At Easter, the Choristers join with St. Mark’s Choir, Gospel Choir, and Handbell Choir, for a glorious Resurrection celebration. At the 5:00 p.m. Christmas Eve Family service, the Choristers and the youth of the parish present the Christingle Mass, a beautiful worship experience with its special music and "Christingles," a symbolic hand-made candle holder given to each child to take home.

All children from the parish and the school, grades kindergarten through sixth, are invited and encouraged to join the Choristers. We have a lot of fun, we learn a lot about music, and we grow in our commitment to Christ and to one another through service to our Church.
