We believe that the moral, spiritual, physical and social development of our students in Preschool through Grade Six is of equal importance to their intellectual growth. The faculty and staff strive by example and action to instill in the students not only a respect for learning, but also a sense of moral and ethical responsibility. We encourage our students to become self-confident, self-reliant, and responsible to themselves, their families, their school, and the world community.
Our chapel program is central to inspiring a life of service beyond just their time at Saint Mark’s. Students are encouraged to give generously to their community by participating in Student Council and service learning programs such as HELP. In addition, students are deeply involved with aiding Saint Mark's sister school, Ste. Marguerite, which is located in La Tournelle, Haiti. Students are active organizers and participants in programs such as Coins for Haiti and the annual Hike for Haiti. To find out more about our relationship with Ste. Marguerite's Episcopal Church and School, click here.
